On the occasion of the 2019 Venice Film Festival, Davide Groppi presented “NelBlu”, a sensory journey of light and art at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
Davide Groppi presented InControLuce, a book that celebrates thirty years of work in the creation of lamps and lighting projects, sharing the vision that inspired Davide Groppi’s first creations, through written ancedotes and illustrations
Interni asked the architects and designers participating in this year’s edition of the event to translate the concept of ‘ Human Space’ into experimental installations, starting with the furnishings that surround us and extending to urban mobility.
From the natural environment to macro-system of production, such as the virtuous – and by now necessary – circular economy.
In collaboration with partner companies and institutions, over thirty installations have been created for the show, envisioning a future in which nature and the planet are protected, resources are saved and artificial intelligence is applied for the common good, promoting personal well being.
“Labrynths” is the potential central idea behind our thoughts.
It is a path to follow leading to unexpected but always authentic destinations.” ………… Davide Groppi
Salone Satellite ( now in its 10th edition ) was the first event to focus on young designers, instantly becoming the unrivalled place for interface with manufacturers, talent scouts and the most promising young designers, and since 1998 runs again concurrently with the Salone.

Here once again is a collation of some of our favourite invitations which crossed our desks in preparation to the upcoming Milan Design Week 2019
With over 1500 exhibitors at the Salone del Mobile Fairgrounds, and as many again outside the Fairgrounds scattered all around the city, the world’s best design companies know that their invitations are the first representations of the products they’ve spent the year refining.
During the 2018 Milan Design Week Paola Lenti again presented her exhibition “ Elementi ” ( Elements ), standing out as if they were theatrical scenarios.
It was easy to get lost in the large furnished industrial spaces, amazed and enchanted by so much beauty
During the Salone, Paola Lenti again presented her new collections for indoors and outdoors in the fascinating industrial location in via Orobia 15 under the Elmenti theme
Elementi is the common denominator of the creative interplays and intertwining, which originated through the cooperation betweem Paola Lenti and other important industrial entities.
We have created with passion, courage and without compromise. We have been imagining forever a lamp made only of light.
It’s such an intense project. It allows you to enter another dimension in space. It’s so simple that it evokes surprise and wonder. ” ………………. Davide Groppi
