About Mic Waugh
Mic Waugh is the owner of Level Image, and divides his time between LA, Phoenix, and wherever the job takes him.
He won the Guild of Television Cameramen Award of Excellence for his work on “This Too Shall Pass,” which also won the UK Music Awards Video of the Year Award. He also shot OK Go’s “GPS Parade (Back From Kathmandu)” video on an 8.5 mile walk through LA, and Sting’s “If On A Winter’s Night,” where he walked over a mile in the snow, backwards.
On top of a promising looking new feature and a genius marketing strategy now comes a album of Muppet song covers by the likes of Weezer, OkGo and Alkaline Trio. It’s a very clever idea grabbing hold of that nostalgia in these musicians and pouring in to a badge of coolness for the Muppet franchise.
