Stevie Parle has been cooking professionally since he was 16.
He trained at The River Cafe, Moro and Petersham Nurseries and has travelled the world seeking out new recipes and ways of cooking.
Stevie’s first book My Kitchen – Real Food From Near And Far was published by Quadrille in 2010 when he was also named Young Chef Of The Year by the Observer Food Monthly Magazine ( for whom he now writes a weekly food column.)
A natural progression from his pop up project, Moveable Kitchen, the Dock Kitchen restaurant, in designer Tom Dixon’s Portobello Dock showrooms in London’s Notting Hill, opened in 2009 to great critical acclaim.
