In another major interior initiative from Swarovski, some of the most exciting names in the design world will be brought together during the Milan Furniture Fair 2010. “Swarovski Elements at Work” is a new initiative launched in cooperation with various furniture and design companies that shows the extraordinary ways in which crystals can be used in industrial design.
The exhibition unites 10 international designers with 9 of the world’s best industrial design producers to explore the possibilities of crystals in commercial product and furniture design. See what happens when Swarovski Elements are matched with a range of materials from plaster to leather to create a series of desirable and innovative products.

During visits to the company headquarters in Wattens, Austria, designers and manufacturers alike were exposed to the most sophisticated new techniques and processes Swarovski has to offer. Products, from seating to accessories to wall treatments, will include SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS in groundbreaking and subtle combinations with a range of materials including leather, concrete and laminate, all integrated and developed to fit the brands production processes.
